Carolyn incorporates Swedish Massage for stress reduction and
relaxation. Her interest in Neuromuscular Therapy, allows her to work
deep with the soft tissues of the body to achieve more effective results
for pain issues which folks deal with.

Sports Massage also falls under Carolyn's list of skills. Since 1995 she
has been the massage therapist for the UNC track team. She has also
worked for the USA track team, and, a portion of her clientel are some
of this area's finest try-athletes, tennis players and golfers.
